OUR PROGRAMS

RMC Charitable Foundation advances community health through three integrated program pillars that address the social, emotional, and physical conditions that shape well-being across the Inland Empire.

Bridging Social Emotional Learning, Mental Health, and Bullying Prevention

Kindness Works Initiative strengthens relationships across schools, families, and workplaces by teaching practical skills in empathy, emotional regulation, and respectful communication. By addressing the root causes of unkind behavior, including bullying, the program helps build stronger connections and a more compassionate community.

IE Project Heart improves survival during cardiac emergencies and expands access to preventive heart care. Through CPR training, AED awareness and placement, community heart screenings, and education, the program equips individuals and communities to recognize risk, respond quickly, and save lives.

The Healthcare Scholarship Program invests in the future of the Inland Empire by supporting local residents pursuing healthcare careers. By reducing financial barriers to education, it helps build a skilled, compassionate workforce prepared to serve our communities.

Together, these three pillars reflect our commitment to building strong hearts, healthy bodies, and sound minds—creating a more resilient and connected Inland Empire.
